  4.    Usage, purchase and sale of fxPAINT by the user/customer is only
  5.    permitted under the acceptance of all of the regulations/notes
  6.    included in this chapter (and all subchapters).

  10.    In no case IOSPIRIT Felix Schwarz, Felix Schwarz and/or their vendors,
  11.    dealers and distribution partners can be held responsible for
  12.    particular or indirect damages, direct damages, consequental or other
  13.    damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data,
  14.    failure or damaging of any hardware, that have been caused by the
  15.    usage of fxPAINT and the given information or that are in any way
  16.    connected with it. The user holds the sole responsibility and
  17.    liability for the usage of the fxPAINT software and the information
  18.    and data provided with it. The user can not assert any claims towards
  19.    IOSPIRIT Felix Schwarz or Felix Schwarz, no matter of which nature.

  25.    logos contained in the product are Copyright ©1999-2002 Felix Schwarz
  26.    and may not be copied in any way. Solely when purchasing fxPAINT as
  27.    downloadversion via www.iospirit.de the creation of exactly one safety
  28.    copy is allowed, which has to remain in private property and has to be
  29.    retained and protected in a way, that makes access impossible for
  30.    persons other than the purchasing user. The installation is only
  31.    allowed on one single system and, like possible safety copies and the
  32.    original archive, has to be deleted/destroyed in case of a resale. The
  33.    transfer, relaying, transmission or supply of fxPAINT completly or in
  34.    parts, in modified form or in original condition, in any way,
  35.    including, but not limited too, electronic transmission, copies on
  36.    magnetic or optical storage media and the transmission over networks,
  37.    for free or for money are strictly prohibited. Only original media,
  38.    manufactured by IOSPIRIT Felix Schwarz, may be sold. Betaversions, or
  39.    other versions that are normally not intended for sale, are not
  40.    original media.
